All the Bead Art on my pages is made as a one-of-a-kind item in my studio. Most items are made to order for each customer with many being commissioned works. The items you see among these pages are personal works or series pieces. They may be purchased individually or as a collection. "Colors" is one of the first beaded amulet bags I made. It is so silky, It feels like snake skin. It is made with "Delica" seed beads in a peyote stitch. The beaded closure and fringe boast austrian crystals. Amulet bag approx 2"x3" with 22'" neck chain.

"Elemental" is a 2" square amulet pouch with an envelope flap closure. It is made entirely of Delica beads woven into a peyote stitch. The strap and flap boast asymmetrical branch fringe as well as the bottom. The strap is also woven peyote and is 26" long.

"The Trine" is the first in a mixed media series featuring cabochon stones of Jasper, Jade and Carnelian with matching stone neck chain made with acrylics on textiles and bead accents. The process used is simple, I develop the design on paper using the stone to guide me. I then transfer the design to muslin using acrylic paints and watercolour pencils. I then attach the stone/s using a peyote stitch technique. When I feel the piece is complete it is removed from the form, finished with bead accents, a neck chain and leather backing. The entire process takes approx. 40-60 creative hours.

"Big Red" is the second piece in the cabochon series. This amulet is comprised of a large 40mm petrified wood cab. The entire amulet is 8" long to the fringe with the base being 3¾" in diameter. The neck chain will be built to customer specifications (please include that in special notes when ordering). The fringe boasts beautiful black twisted bugle beads and hand-blown glass beads. The neck chain will be made to match.

This Earth Oil bottle amulet is one of 4 in the series of elemental oil amulets. Each amulet is built around a 1 dram amber oil bottle using delica beads and a peyote stitch. Each bottle is designed with the alchemical, planetary and zodiac symbol dedicated to that element.

This bottle is the second in the series. Elemental Water. Built the same as the earth bottle above.
